By using Tornado, you agree to these terms. Tornado is provided as-is for personal use. Please use it responsibly and in accordance with the third-party platform policies for any connected accounts.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Tornado application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Tornado is a mobile application that allows users to query their social media analytics across multiple platforms using natural language input. The App connects to third-party APIs (including YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch) on your behalf using credentials you provide via OAuth authentication.
User Accounts and Authentication
To use Tornado's features, you must authenticate with one or more third-party social media platforms. By connecting your accounts, you:
- Confirm that you are the authorized owner or administrator of those accounts
- Grant Tornado permission to access your account data via the respective platform's API
- Acknowledge that your API tokens are stored locally on your device and are your responsibility to protect
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Tornado to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Access accounts or data you are not authorized to view
- Circumvent rate limits or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Third-Party Services
Tornado relies on third-party APIs and services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these platforms. Your use of connected platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Tornado may stop functioning with a particular platform if that platform changes or restricts its API access.
Intellectual Property
The Tornado app, its design, code, and branding are the property of Hatch It Corp. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Tornado is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the data returned by third-party APIs will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hatch It Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
